Vacancy for Band Conductor Durrington

Walls Wind Band are inviting experienced Conductors to apply for this role, which will arise following the retirement of our long-term musical director, John-Ashton Jones in Jan 2027. The band has thrived under his leadership and grown in musicality. We are looking for a new Conductor to take us forward into the future. We are a friendly, Wiltshire Community Band. We rehearse most Wednesdays in the local Junior School. The band plays at Community Concerts, Festival of Remembrance, Fetes and Garden Parties.  We are also delighted to occasionally combine with the local Community Choir in joint performances.
